Neighbors can apply the same spooky effects when they play tricks on your farm, for free. It is available in the Farmville Market under decoration tab for 2 Fv Cash and is available for the next 11 days only.Remember it will cost 2 Fv Cash for each item you apply Spooky Effect on.
